Meet the Team

Roberta Gallagher

National Director and Founder

Family oriented, dedicated, and agvocate are just a few words that describe Roberta. As a wife of 33 years to her husband Dan, and mother to two grown children, Shannon and Tyler, family is everything to Roberta. Roberta has been dedicated to others through her volunteer work as a 4-H advisor for over 36 years. Growing up one of seven children on a small farm, she learned about the importance of agriculture and being able to raise and grow what was needed for the family. Being a 4-H alumni, former fair queen, respiratory therapist, and marrying into the hardwood industry has given her a wide variety of experiences.

Shannon Gallagher Wingert

National Queen Relations and Operations Manager

Experienced, outgoing, passionate about agriculture, Shannon Gallagher Wingert is an invaluable member of our team. She comes to us with a background of 14 years in 4-H, 4-H advisor for 10 years, former Fair Queen, former National agriculture queen, and rich with marketing and social media experience.  Shannon is married to dairy farmer, Ben Wingert, who co-owns and runs a 2,000 head dairy farm.

Lisa Brooks

Sponsorship and Sponsor Relations Manager

Farming wasn’t in her blood. In fact, Lisa had no idea that a heifer becomes a cow until she met her husband, Jeremy. Joining a family heavily involved in the agriculture industry has opened her eyes to the struggles that farmers are experiencing. Having two girls who love their animals and the days spent riding in the fields, Lisa realized that the agriculture industry just does not have enough voices. She is proud to be part of a program that is adding its voice to raise awareness about the agriculture industry.
