Personal short interview with the judges. Questions will be a combination of set questions and personalized questions that are age appropriate.
Introduction
All Divisions
Contestants have up to 1 minute on stage to introduce themselves. Tell the audience and judges about you, your agriculture interests, school, hobbies, etc.
AG Wear
All Divisions
An outfit of your choice that represents any area of agriculture in your state!
*This area of competition is not mandatory and does not count towards your overall score
Formal Wear
All Divisions
Contestants will be judged on overall poise, confidence, and fit.
Impromptu Question
All Divisions
Contestants will pick a question from a bowl and answer the question. Questions will vary and be age appropriate. Questions are not political or controversial.
Speech
Petite - Elite Divisions
Contestants will prepare and give a 2 - 3
minute speech on the topic:
"What Agriculture Means to Me"
Photogenic
All Divisions
Submit one head-shot photograph for judging.
Entries are submitted digitally prior to competition.
Essay
All Divisions
Contestants will turn in a one page single-spaced essay.
Entries are submitted prior to competition. The prompt changes and will be released after registration is closed.
Essay is mandatory for Petite - Elite Divisions
Essay is optional for Tiny - Little Divisions
