Hometown: Fort Dodge, Iowa
What are your agricultural interests?
“My agriculture interests would have to be growing my own produce, working with my poultry and waterfowl in order to prepare them for fair. As well as animal science.”
What agriculture organizations or activities are you a part of?
“I'm about of 4-H as well as agriculture club in our school.”
What are some of your other activities outside of agriculture?
“Working at our local daycare as well as spending time with family friends, and my dogs Marlo, Crawl, and Spike.”
What success are you most proud of?
“The success I'm most proud of is being excepted to Iowa central community college for liberal arts and science as well as agriculture. I'm most proud of this success because I've been told by so many people I wouldn't make it, and I would fail.”
What or who first got you interested in agriculture?
“The first person to get me interested in agriculture would be Justin Waller my agriculture teacher at Pocahontas High School.”
Why did you decide to become a Miss Agriculture USA Queen?
“I kept seeing posts on my Facebook, and I told my mom this is what I want to do. I want to show people agriculture is still out there and always will be.”
What has been your favorite experience as a Miss Agriculture USA Queen?
“My favorite experience so far is when you walk into a store, or event and you start getting asked questions on what your crown stands for and just the few minutes you get to remind someone on how important agriculture is.”
What are some of your goals as a Miss Agriculture USA Queen?
“Some of my goals include keeping a spotlight on agriculture and just showing the members of the younger generations and older just how important agriculture is.”
What advice would you give to someone thinking about being a Miss Agriculture USA Queen?
“Go for it!! Don’t be afraid to get out there and stand up for agriculture. Your reign is what you make of it, make it great! Don’t ever be afraid to message any of it as we all love to talk to our sister queens and help everyone out.”
